Etiquette
of Golf:
1.
No-one should move, talk or stand close to or directly behind
the ball or hole when a player is addressing the ball or making
a stroke.
2. No player should play until the players
in front are out of range.
3. In the interest of all, players should play
without delay.
4. Players searching for a ball should allow
other players to pass them and should not continue their play
until those players are out of range.
5. Before leaving a bunker, a player should
carefully fill up all the holes made by him therein.
6. Twosomes, threesomes or foursomes should have precedence
of and be entitled to pass any other kind of match.
7. If a match fails to keep its pace on the
course and loses more than one clear hole on the players in
front, it should allow the following match to pass.
8. Any match playing a whole round is entitled
to pass a match playing a shorter round.
Local Rules:
1. Out of Bounds
a. Beyond any hedge or fence bounding the course.
b. Behind the net and fences to the left of 1/10th
fairway.
c. Beyond the right posts to the right of 7/16th holes.
2. Ground under repair
Areas
delineated by a white circle are Ground under repair.
Rules 25-1 applies.
3.
Stones in bunkers are moveable obstructions. Rule 24-1
applies.
4.
Protection of trees.
If a staked tree interferes with a players stance or the area
of his intended swing , the ball must be lifted without penalty,
and dropped in accordance with the procedures pescribed in Rule
24 2b(i) (immovable obstruction).
PENALTY FOR BREACH OF LOCAL RULE
Match Play - Loss of hole.
Stroke Play - Two strokes.
5. Water Hazards.
a. The pond to the right of the 1st/10th hole
is a water hazard marked by yellow posts.
b. The pond to the left of the 9/18th hole
is a water hazard marked by yellow posts.
